Macro goals: to enable the possibility of acquiring products [experiences] internationally and to make Surprise! the number one app in the field in Latin America.

Business goals: increase international service usage by our users by 30% in the next 6 months.

UX goal:
 1. Ensure that users can easily and effortlessly purchase these international products through various payment methods, according to their convenience,
2. Effectively communicating to users the availability of a new international service for acquiring these products.

In crafting the verbiage for this website, our primary focus was the discerning audience we aimed to captivate. Our goal was to seamlessly weave together intriguing and compelling corporate narratives, steering clear of mundane and unremarkable prose.

Our intention was to not only convey our unique story but also illuminate the sources of inspiration fueling our celebration of the disciplines of Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX). After restructuring the website and rewriting its content based on our audience’s journey map, we achieved a 224.6% increase in user traffic.
